Coverage

We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. For  Huwai, Alaska and US territories, contact us at sales@cortensteelbox.com for a quote.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Freight Shipping: We offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Additional fees may apply for remote locations, difficult terrain, or crane-assisted placement. 
  • Local Pickup: No shipping costs applied on local pickup.

Site Requirements

The buyer is responsible for all site preparations, and to ensure the drop off site is levelled and accessible.

  • At least 100ft straight clearance.
  • At least 14ft over head clearance without obstructions like branches or wires.
  • Level compacted ground, gravel or concrete slab.

Inspection

Upon delivery, the buyer is required to do a full inspection of the container to ensure it matches the exact description and or photos. Please contact us if you discover any damages within 72 hours of delivery. 

Cortern Steel Box will also do an inspection upon delivery and document records to ensure no damages were sustained during transit. If we detect any damages. Cortern Steel Box will arrange repair, reimbursement, or replacement depending on the severity of the issue.. You can also visit our return policy page to learn more.

Processing and Dispatch Timeframes

  • Dispatch is scheduled within 1 business day of placing your order. You will receive an estimated delivery window within 24 to 48 hours before drop off date. You will also receive a tracking reference by email.
  • Lead Times for Custom Containers: Custom-built or modified units may require extended preparation time. Estimated lead times will be communicated prior to shipping.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, notify us within 24 hours of scheduling your shipment. Once the container is in transit, changes may incur rerouting fees or delays.

Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of shipping confirmation. After this period, cancellation may result in deduction of dispatch and transport costs already incurred.
